The substantial holiday townhouse has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, lounge and or children’s playroom, family lounge, study and utility room. With two bedrooms and a bathroom on each of the second and third floors it is an ideal property for family holidays, two couples, two families as well as larger parties of guests meeting up or going on holiday together.
Car parking is unreserved in the Market Place and finding a place is not usually a problem. The property and location in the town centre is not suitable for pets.
The property is strictly non smoking.

Families and guests have been carefully considered with the inclusion of the two lounges one of which being a playroom next to the kitchen/dining room. Children have been considered carefully while the property caters for a wide age range to provide and ideal holiday experience.
The lounge or playroom with a two seater leather sofa, bean bags and its own 42” plasma television and DVD player plus lots of books and more traditional games. Stair gates are available to safeguard small children on the landings. A cot and two high chairs are also available.
The ground floor family lounge also has a 42” plasma television and DVD player as well as a CD player. The lounge has a three seater leather sofa with two reclining seats as well as a two seater leather sofa and bean bags.
